This session will help you learn theoretically backed techniques, and put them into useful contexts for professionals. You will learn basic persuasive formats and techniques for presentations, learn some basic negotiation skills, and learn some interpersonal connection skills to use when meeting new people in business. Attendees will practice newly learned skills in brief exercises during this session.
Eboni Gee, RN, Course Description: We will break down how to optimize time management, personally and professionally, so that you can find fulfillment at work and honor your wellness at home. Join in on the discussion as we chat about the root causes of procrastination and ways to combat it; what you actually want to do with your time; how to build successful routines; and how to set a realistic schedule.
